Fuji Machine Parts department

Fuji's Parts Department assists our customers in various aspects of parts ordering from identification to purchase. If needed, our Parts Department Team also provides technical support to help our customers identify which part should be ordered. Our New Modular Parts Storage and Control System delivers parts quickly and accurately to the picking bay, helping to expedite parts shipments to our customers. The control system constantly monitors inventory levels and restocks critical spare parts items daily, minimizing lead times and back orders. Common stocked items can be shipped within the same day they are ordered. We also Expedite machine down orders and can provide optional 24/7/365 Parts Order Services and counter to counter shipments. Technical Support

Fuji's Service & Applications Team members are available to assist our customers with all phases of machine support including telephone technical support, onsite warranty or non- warranty services, machine installations, preventative maintenance, and programming or turnkeys. Fuji Offers comprehensive machine and software training courses in our state of the art training center in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Our staff of instructors consists of seasoned, industry professionals. They bring their own machine and applications knowledge as well as practical experience to the classroom with the goal of teaching our students how to correctly and efficiently operate, program, service and maintain Fuji Machines, Robots and Automation. Our class sizes are small to ensure that each student receives individual attention, including practical and detailed product instruction and in-depth answers to specific technical or applications questions. Fuji's Demo Center is a research, development, and testing area where our customers can test run their products on our machines. On display is our current line of automated equipment ready for general demonstration or custom setup. This environment gives customers the ability to compare Fuji's performance to their existing system, or other systems they are considering. We continuously benchmark production rates and capabilities so we can determine precisely how we can meet our customers' requirements.
